This course is for professionals operating in pipeline easements & access roads

This course has been developed and contextualised for people who operate vehicles on pipeline easements or access roads and off-road terrain, specifically in the gas, oil, resources, infrastructure, and construction industries.

This course, however, has excellent application to anyone who is required to operate a 4WD both on and off-road as part of their day-to-day job.

Australian 4WD Training is committed to assisting employers, contractors, and visitors to eliminate or minimise the risk of fatalities, injuries, and incidents arising from the use of vehicles. We do this by defining the requirements for operating and travelling in vehicles on-site and on public and private roads used to access these sites. Avoiding accidents and unnecessary vehicle repairs will affect the ability of each employer to meet their targets.

Course Aim

All drivers of light vehicles are responsible for driving safely to prevent accidents, regardless of other drivers’ actions or adverse driving conditions.

Committed to your aim of zero incidents

Australian 4WD Training understands that companies and organisations strive to meet the goal of zero incidents and injuries. We’re committed to eliminating vehicle incidents involving their employees and contractors.

Australian 4WD Training Practical Training Area

Australian 4WD Training’s exclusive Driver Training Facility at Kurwongbah offers terrain similar to the terrain that people would be required to drive on in their everyday driving as part of their jobs. This offers superior opportunities for the development of skills and techniques in these environments rather than a simulated environment or a makeshift area artificially developed for driver training.

Training Areas

Australian 4WD Training has an exclusive Driver Training Facility at Kurwongbah, North of Brisbane.

For group bookings, we can train in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Mt Isa, Moranbah, Roma, and Toowoomba. However, we’re not limited to these areas.
